When ordering on ekukoswine.de, the order from the customer will act as an application of a contract, for buying the products from the website. Once the order is accepted, an "Invoice" email containing the contents of the order will be sent, meaning the customer has agreed to pay the according payment amount in the contract application. The contract is completed when payment is confirmed.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, exchange or refund service is not provided.

◆　Compensation for Damages

All products purchased from ekukoswine.de are based on the terms of delivery. However, all risk of loss and rights of the products are transferred to the customer once the products are delivered.

Our packaging materials and methods are in accordance to the regulations of the post office as much as possible. However, (only in very rare cases) if the packaging is damaged or any wine stains shown on the box, please check the contents. If there is any damaged bottle, we will compensate in cash, the same price of the wine in Yen. Please claim the damages according to the prescribed forms in the post office.

Any potential leakage, or floating of cork due to shipping vibration or change of air pressure during flight (which rarely happens), is not eligible for compensation as it will not affect the quality of the product.

As our wine orders are shipped by parcel posting service, our company is not responsible for any loss after sending. If the shipped parcel does not arrive in the expected period, it can be tracked with the tracking service from the post office. Due to the international status of the shipment, the investigation can take up to 2 months. When the loss is confirmed after the investigation, compensation will be paid by the post office and the same order will be delivered again.

Diese Bestellbestätigung stellt keine Annahme Ihres Angebotes dar, sondern soll Sie nur darüber informieren, dass Ihre Bestellung bei uns eingegangen ist. Ein Kaufvertrag kommt erst dann zu Stande, wenn wir das bestellte Produkt an Sie versenden und den Versand an Sie mit einer zweiten E-Mail (Versandbestätigung) bestätigen. Über Produkte aus ein und derselben Bestellung, die nicht in der Versandbestätigung aufgeführt sind, kommt kein Kaufvertrag zu Stande.

◆　Lieferung und Mängelhaftung

Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, erfolgt die Lieferung ab Lager an die vom Besteller angegebene Lieferadresse. Angaben über die Lieferfrist sind unverbindlich, soweit nicht ausnahmsweise der Liefertermin verbindlich zugesagt wurde. ekukoswine.de haftet nicht für Mängel an der Ware, die nach der Übergabe an das für die Zustellung beauftragte Unternehmen entstanden sind.

Die Lieferung erfolgt über versicherte Postpakete. Wir treffen alle notwendigen Vorkehrungen bezüglich Verpackung und Transportsicherung, jedoch im Falle eines trotzdem auftretenden Schadens an der Ware, wird Ihnen der entsprechenden Gegenwert vom Versicherer erstattet. Die Antragstellung für die Auszahlung der Versicherungssumme hat der Besteller vorzunehmen.

Aufgrund von Erschütterungen während des Transports sowie etwaigen Druckveränderungen können Schäden am Korkverschluss auftreten. Diese beeinträchtigen jedoch nicht den Wert der eigentlichen Ware und sind kein Mangelgegenstand.

Im Fall eines Verlusts auf dem Transportweg übernehmen wir keine Haftung. In diesem Fall wird ein Nachforschungsantrag an den Zusteller, wonach bei Bestätigung des Verlustes die Kosten für die Wiederbeschaffung (erneuter Versand der gleichen bzw. gleichwertigen Ware) vom Versicherer übernommen.

◆　Umtausch / Widerruf

Ein Umtausch der gelieferten Ware bzw. Widerruf nach Vertragsschluss ist ausgeschlossen.
