How to order our wine and other items
Please read the following direction before submitting your request.
* We can ship the wines only to the countries like Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Honkong, Australia, Canada and EU Countries. To U.S.A. is not allowed.
How to order:
1. From the menu on the left side of our webpage, click on ‘Wine List’ or ‘Other Items’. You will see the list of the items we sell along with a Euro price.
2. Double click on individual item to receive details about that product. Insert the desired quantity of the product you wish to purchase. Please use numbers to type in. (NOTE: You will always see quantity of 1 in each item in your screen. It will be activated only when you press the ‘Insert to Shopping Cart’.)
3. Click on ‘Insert to Shopping Cart’ to order the item. Above the photo, on the lower left, the shopping cart will give the total number of items ordered.
4. When you click on ‘Insert to Shopping Cart,’ you can verify each item and before finalizing it. When finalizing your order, follow the procedures listed step-by-step.
If you are having any problems, please feel free to contact us by e-mail. You can order the quantity of your desired items right away.
Sales Tax:
Each price is listed with an export tax price. If you are ordering and receiving your items within Germany or Europe, you will need to pay sales tax during the shipment (7% for food tax, 19% for wine and other items). Please be aware of this condition.
Payment
Within three days of your order we will prepare and ship your bill to your e-mail address with either a Yen or Euro quote on the cost of your order. (NOTE: If you don’t hear from us within three days, please contact us again.)
You can send your payment to either our Japanese or German postal service accounts, or we can take credit cards from you. (VISA, MC, or American Express) For your safety, we are using a SSL code to encrypt your personal information. Please inform us which payment method is convenient for you. If you use any of your credit cards, you are shopping with a Euro price and this will require about 1% or more for a money conversion fee. (NOTE: This varies with each credit card company.)
Packing and shipping
A wine box can pack three wine bottles together. You can choose a box of 3, 6, or 12 bottles (12 bottles is the maximum weight limit) to order.
Notice: Wine list #1 xx is the Kirch Family’s Franken wine and they offer mainly the wine bottle shaped known as “Bocksbeutel”. Minimum order of this unique shaped bottle requires three as a set due to the packing method especially if you are selecting some wine from other farms to combine with the Bocksbeutel order.
Shipping method: Please allow us to ship your request after we confirm your payment. We can send you a receipt of the complete transaction by fax or e-mail attachment. With credit card payment, we will process and confirm your payment and ship the next day (except for weekend or holidays).
Receiving days: We use DHL ( Yamato Takkyubin to Japan only) and they will deliver without date and time verification.

Shipping charges:
To Japan/45 Euro for 3 bottles, 55 Euro for 6 bottles, 85 Euro for 12 bottles.
To Germany/8 Euro for 3 bottles, 12 Euro for 6 bottles, 15 Euro for 12 bottles
To EU nation/ 27 Euro for 3 bottles, 34 Euro for 6 bottles, 42 Euro for 12 bottles
Maximum weight of shipment to Japan is up to 20 kg, so we can send 12 bottles as one package. (NOTE: The heavier the weight, the better the deal in shipping price.)
Other item’s shipment method:
All prices are displayed as a general shipment. When ordering small items, we can pack them with your wine request or ship them individually. If shipped separately, then there will be a separate shipment price.
Shipment charges for other items:

You will be informed of our DHL contracted shipment price (Basic charges + per 1 kg price) in each case. The price for lighter weight items may sound pricy; however, this allows up to keep track our shipments and allows reimbursement for any damages in shipping. When you order your wine, you will see each shipment price, but you will only be charged with each additional weight when shipped together.
Sales Tax:
It is included in the shipping charge.
Damages and legal issue:
We carefully pack our products following the postal regulations. However, damages can occur during shipment. If you receive any damaged merchandise, you will receive a full refund in your currency. Please contact with your local post office and fill out a prescribed claim form for the damages. (For orders to Japan, the same wines will be delivered again.)
There is sometimes a slight possibility during shipment that changes in air pressure can change the condition of some of corks. However this will not disturb the quality of wine, so please understand that this is not considered damaged merchandise and a claims form should be filed.
Your wine is shipped as a small package, we cannot be responsible for your missing items after we shipped. If you have not received your request items, we can initiate a request to trace with DHL. It may take as long as two months between countries. After the missing items are verified officially, your local post office should be able to cover the fee and we can re-ship your items again.
Exchange and returns
We will not accept exchanges or return due to the high price of shipping fees.
